What areas do you serveRoyale Party Rentals serves Forney, Texas, and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles. Events outside our standard service area may be available for an additional travel fee. Submit your event address so we can confirm availability and pricing.
How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and summer events. Your date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.
What is required to reserve my event?A deposit and completed booking information are required to secure your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?Deposits are refundable when an event is canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 14 days may result in the deposit being forfeited.
How early will you arrive to setup the game trailer ?We typically arrive approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. Larger setups or events with multiple rental items may require additional setup time.
What space is required for the gaming trailer?The gaming trailer requires approximately 50 feet of clear, level parking space for the trailer and tow vehicle. The setup area must be accessible and free from low branches, steep slopes, narrow entrances, and other obstructions.
What happens if the weather is bad?Safety comes first. Inflatables, outdoor TVs, tents, and other equipment may not be operated during lightning, high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe weather conditions. We will communicate with you if the forecast may affect your event.
How do I get started?Grass is generally the preferred setup surface. Some units may also be placed on concrete or other approved surfaces when proper anchoring is possible. Please tell us the setup surface when submitting your booking request.
Is adult supervision required?Yes. A responsible adult age 18 or older must remain present throughout the rental. Children must be supervised and follow all safety instructions provided by the Game Host or setup team.
Can guests bring food and drinks?Food and drinks are allowed at the event, but they should be kept away from gaming systems and other electronic equipment. Excessive spills, stains, trash, or equipment cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Do I need to provide electricity?Gamer Royale provides a generator for the gaming trailer. Inflatables or additional rental equipment may have separate placement and power requirements, which we will confirm before your event.
Can I combine services or add upgrades?Yes. Customers may combine the gaming trailer, inflatables, and Party Essentials based on availability. Available upgrades may include additional gaming time, a second outdoor TV, karaoke, movie night, Gamer Royale T-shirts, tables, chairs, tents, and other event equipment.
