To help us provide a safe and smooth gaming experience, customers must provide:

• A level, paved parking area large enough for the gaming trailer and tow vehicle
• At least 50 feet of clear space for parking and setup
• Safe access to the event location, free from low branches, narrow gates, steep slopes, or other obstructions
• Permission to park the trailer at the property or event venue
• An adult age 18 or older present throughout the event
• A clear and safe area around the trailer entrances and outdoor TVs
• Accurate event details, including the address, start time, guest count, and available parking space
• Access to the setup area approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled party time
• Guests who follow all safety instructions provided by the Game Host
• Children supervised by the customer or another responsible adult

Gamer Royale provides the generator, gaming equipment, setup, cleanup, and professional Game Host.

Outdoor gaming TVs and related add-ons may be adjusted, delayed, or unavailable during rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.
